With the Office365 email agreement in place, the University is now planning for the migration of student and alumni email accounts from the US to Canadian data centres. To facilitate this move, student and alumni email services will not be available beginning on Friday, April 28 at 6:00pm until services are restored by 6:00pm on Monday, May 1 at the latest. All new email account creation, activation, and provisioning will stop on Thursday, April 27 at 6:00pm until the transfer has been completed. Detailed information regarding the outage will be communicated directly to all account holders.
Please note that only UTmail+ applications are affected. ROSI (Student Web Services), Portal (Blackboard) and other services using Web login will not be affected by the outage.
