Academic Administrators who have been appointed under the Policy on Appointment of Academic Administrators, as well as certain other senior administrators, are members of the Principals, Deans, Academic Directors, and Chairs Committee (PDAD&C).
The Office of the Vice-President & Provost and other senior administrative portfolios send memoranda to members of this committee and other administrative staff in a weekly digest email. It is the responsibility of PDAD&C members to share memos as appropriate with faculty, staff, and/or students in their respective units, depending on the subject and content of the communication.
