Reminder – Fiscal Year-End Closing on April 30, 2018 (PDAD&C #62)

As we approach the end of the 2018 fiscal year, it is important to ensure that all financial activity is accurately recorded in your accounts prior to closing. In order to assist you, please refer to the pages below on the Financial Services website:

• Year-end accounting guidelines, reporting requirements (including divisional operating reserves), AMS system availability (which will close for year-end processing on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 7:00pm), and training sessions can be found here;
• Submission deadlines and contact information can be found here;
• Instructions for special processing and reporting after year-end closing (from 7:00pm on Wednesday, April 25 to 12:00am on Monday, April 30, 2018) can be found here.
