Re: Invitation to Participate in the Academic Procession at Convocation

Please join the Academic Processions for the Fall 2019 Convocation ceremonies running November 4 – 7.

Members of the Governing Council, Faculty, and Staff will be able to RSVP online to participate.

Please complete the RSVP Form on the Office of Convocation website by Monday, October 21.
A Regalia Rental Service will be available until October 21 for individuals to rent regalia, all of which can be collected on the day of the ceremony from the northwest entrance of Convocation Plaza; the Plaza is the large tent on front campus and a separate entrance to the regalia service area will be available for convenience.
Participants are required to assemble 30 minutes prior to the ceremony on the 2nd Floor of Simcoe Hall, 27 King’s College Circle.
