Invitation to Participate in the Academic Procession at Convocation

Please join the Academic Processions for the Fall 2018 Convocation ceremonies running Monday, November 5 to Thursday, November 8. Members of the Governing Council, faculty, and staff can RSVP online to participate:

• Please complete the RSVP Form on the Office of Convocation website by Thursday, October 25;
• A Regalia Rental Service will be available until Thursday, October 25 for individuals to rent/purchase regalia, all of which can be collected on the day of the ceremony from the northwest entrance of Convocation Plaza; the Plaza is the large tent on front campus and a separate entrance to the regalia service area will be available for convenience;
• Participants are required to assemble 30 minutes prior to the ceremony on the 2nd Floor of Simcoe Hall, 27 King’s College Circle.
