Re: Invitation to Participate in the Academic Procession at Convocation

Please join the Academic Processions for the Fall 2023 Convocation ceremonies running November 6 – 9.

Members of the Governing Council, Faculty, and Staff will be able to RSVP online to participate.

Please complete the RSVP Form on the Office of Convocation website between Thursday, October 12 and Wednesday, October 25.
A Regalia Rental Service will be available from October 12 – 25 for individuals to rent regalia, which can be collected on the day of the ceremony from the Myhal Centre for Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MY, 55 College Street).

Participants are required to assemble 30 minutes prior to the ceremony on the 2nd Floor of Simcoe Hall, 27 King’s College Circle.
