Re: Invitation to Participate in the Academic Procession at Convocation

Please join the Academic Processions for the Convocation ceremonies running November 7 -10.

Members of the Governing Council, Faculty, and Staff will be able to RSVP online to participate.

• Please complete the RSVP Form on the Office of Convocation website by October 31.
• A Regalia Rental Service will be offered to rent/purchase regalia.  The service will be available until October 25. Regalia pickup will be from the Myhal Centre for Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MY, 55 College Street). 
• Participants are required to assemble 30 minutes prior to the ceremony on the 2nd Floor of Simcoe Hall, 27 King’s College Circle.
