Consultation of the Expert Panel on Undergraduate Student Educational Experience (PDAD&C #47)

In October, I announced the creation of the Expert Panel on Undergraduate Student Educational Experience (USEE), which is tasked with consulting with the University community to enunciate and enliven our shared vision for the undergraduate educational experience at the University of Toronto. The Expert Panel includes students, staff and faculty from the three campuses.

The Expert Panel has been meeting regularly since its inception and has engaged key stakeholders in discussion. The Expert Panel has produced a draft vision for undergraduate experience and will begin consulting broadly with members of the University community in the coming weeks.

All students, staff and faculty are invited to view the draft vision and provide their feedback through the consultation website, which will remain open until March 15, 2019. Those who wish to provide feedback in person are also invited to attend consultation sessions that will be held on each campus in the coming weeks:

St. George campus: February 1, 2019 – all sessions in Simcoe Hall, room 214 (Council Chamber)

• 2:00 – 3:00 pm – Student session
• 3:00 – 4:00 pm – Faculty session
• 4:00 – 5: 00 pm – Staff session

Scarborough campus: February 7, 2019 – all sessions in the Environmental Science and Chemistry Building, room 140

• 11:00 – 12:00 pm – Staff session
• 12:00 – 1:00 pm – Student session
• 1:00 – 2:00 pm – Faculty session

Mississauga campus: February 14, 2019 – all sessions in the Davis Building, room 3130 (Council Chamber)

• 12:00 – 1:00 pm – Student session
