As announced on January 14, 2016, Professor Francis Ahia will soon complete his term as Director of the Transitional Year Programme. In keeping with University practice, I am convening an advisory committee for the appointment of a new Director. The composition of the committee is as follows:

Wanja Gitari, Associate Professor, Transitional Year Programme and the Centre for Science, Mathematics, and Technology Education, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE)

The Vice-Provost, Students welcomes comments about the desired qualities for the next Director of the Transitional Year Programme, as well as nominations for a new Director from interested persons. All communications will be received in confidence and will be anonymized before forwarding to the Advisory Committee for consideration.
