Recruitment & Immigration (for Academic Administrators and Staff)
Includes important information about recruitment and immigration, enabling Chairs to hire the best candidate in faculty searches. Also highlights critical issues related to issuing invitations and securing appropriate documentation for visiting faculty. Especially helpful for Chairs with active or planned searches, or whose faculty are actively engaging international visitors. (Senior administrative staff may attend with their Chairs. Assessment of Teaching in Reviews & Promotions (for Academic Administrators and Staff)
Includes strategies to support faculty members preparing teaching dossiers for review processes, as well as how to assess evidence of effective teaching and prepare a meaningful teaching report. (Open to all Chairs of tenure or promotions committees as well as to faculty members of Internal Teaching Committees.)
