From May 7 to May 22, 2018, members of the Governing Council, faculty, and staff can RSVP online to participate in the Academic Procession for the Spring 2018 Convocation ceremonies running June 7 to June 21, 2018:

• To participate, please consult the schedule of ceremonies and complete the RSVP Form on the Office of Convocation website by Tuesday, May 22;
• A Regalia Rental Service will be available from May 7 to May 22 for individuals to rent/purchase regalia, all of which can be collected on the day of the ceremony in the Student Commons Room, Ferguson Dining Hall, 75 St. George Street;
• Participants are required to assemble 30 minutes prior to the ceremony on the 2nd Floor of Simcoe Hall, 27 King’s College Circle.
