Re: Invitation to Participate in the Academic Procession at Convocation

Please join the Academic Processions for the Spring 2025 Convocation ceremonies running June 3-20.

Members of the Governing Council, Faculty, and Staff will be able to RSVP online to participate.

• Please complete the RSVP Form on the Office of Convocation website by Wednesday, May 14.
   
• A Regalia Rental Service will be available from April 29 – May 14 for individuals to rent regalia, which can be collected on the day of the ceremony from the Mcleod Auditorium on the north end of the Medical Sciences Building (1 King’s College Circle). 

• Participants are required to assemble 30 minutes prior to the ceremony on the 2nd Floor of Simcoe Hall, 27 King’s College Circle.
