Re: Invitation to Participate in the Academic Procession at Convocation

Please join the Academic Processions for the Fall 2024 Convocation ceremonies running October 28 – November 1.

Members of the Governing Council, Faculty, and Staff will be able to RSVP online to participate.

• Please complete the RSVP Form on the Office of Convocation website by Wednesday, October 16.
   
• A Regalia Rental Service will be available from October 2 – 16 for individuals to rent regalia, which can be collected on the day of the ceremony from the Myhal Centre for Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MY)  (55 College Street). 

• Participants are required to assemble 30 minutes prior to the ceremony on the 2nd Floor of Simcoe Hall, 27 King’s College Circle.
