Re: Invitation to Participate in the Academic Procession at Convocation

Please join the Academic Processions for the Spring 2024 Convocation ceremonies running June 3-21.

Members of the Governing Council, Faculty, and Staff will be able to RSVP online to participate.

• Please complete the RSVP Form on the Office of Convocation website by Friday, May 17.
   
• A Regalia Rental Service will be available from April 30 – May 16 for individuals to rent regalia, which can be collected on the day of the ceremony from the Gerstein Science Information Centre (9 King’s College Circle). 

• Participants are required to assemble 30 minutes prior to the ceremony on the 2nd Floor of Simcoe Hall, 27 King’s College Circle.
