Re: Announcing the Appointment of the 2022 University Professors (PDAD&C #45)

I am pleased to announce that the Academic Board of Governing Council has approved the appointment of three University Professors for 2022. The University of Toronto owes much of its reputation for excellence to its world-class professors, and I am delighted to have the opportunity to formally acknowledge the outstanding achievements of some of our finest faculty members. The title “University Professor” is the University’s highest and most distinguished academic rank.
