Re:  Call for Nominations – 2021 Awards of Excellence (PDAD&C #17)

The University of Toronto Alumni Association (UTAA) welcomes your nominations and applications for the 2021 Awards of Excellence (AWEX). This annual program recognizes exemplary members of the U of T community who have made a significant impact through their contributions and engagement.

The program is managed on behalf of the UTAA by Alumni Relations in close collaboration with the offices of the Vice-President and Provost, the Vice-President, Research and Innovation, and the Vice-President, HR & Equity, as well as the School of Graduate Studies, and Enrolment Services.

This year there are two significant additions to the Awards of Excellence suite of awards.

  • A new Distinguished Leader Award has been added to the Chancellor’s Award, recognizing a staff member who demonstrates excellence and contributes significantly to their own faculty or division.
  • The Ludwik and Estelle Jus Memorial Human Rights Prize will now have two distinct categories, the Influential Leader and the Emerging Leader, and will recognize one recipient in each category.
