Re: | 2015-16 Provostial Guidelines on Digital Learning Materials |
In September 2014, Provostial Guidelines on the Use of Digital Learning Materials and Frequently Asked Questions were created in response to the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities’ requirement for a policy regarding the use of digital learning materials for assessment purposes.
There have been no substantial changes made to the guidelines. I do however wish to draw your attention to an initiative underway to look at enterprise-level educational technologies. The Academic Toolbox Renewal Initiative seeks to create common criteria for the University’s enterprise educational technology with the goal of improving the student experience and reducing costs.
The Provostial Guidelines on the Use of Digital Learning Materials and Frequently Asked Questions are available here. These Guidelines will be in effect for 2015-2016 and will be reviewed in summer 2016.
