Re: Across-the-Board (ATB) Salary Increases for Faculty Members and Librarians Effective July 1, 2026 (PDAD&C #48)
We have received an interest arbitration award for ATB salary increases and benefit improvements for the July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 period. The award is available here.
ATB and PTR
- Effective July 1, 2026, a 3% ATB increase
- ATB and PTR will be paid out in the July pay run
Benefits
- Hearing care to be increased to $2000 for one left hearing aid and $2000 for one right hearing aid, up to $4000 every 36 months
- Vision coverage to be increased to $775 every 24 months
- The Child Care Benefit Plan for faculty members and librarians to be increased to $1,250,000
