Beginning next fall, all current and incoming students in the funded cohort (the first four or five years) of PhD and SJD programs will be guaranteed an annual base funding package of $40,000 which includes tuition – one of the highest base funding packages in Canada.

Faculty members, librarians, and staff are invited to participate in the second online AI Task Force Teaching & Learning town hall on November 21 to hear updates and provide input on emerging recommendations from the University of Toronto AI Task Force Teaching & Learning working group. The working group is co-chaired by Vice-Provost Susan McCahan, Provostial Advisor on Artificial Intelligence, and Karen Reid, Professor, Teaching Stream in the Department of Computer Science.
