Re: Now Available – Meeting Rooms at the School of Graduate Studies

Recognizing the limited on-campus meeting space currently available for graduate student groups and graduate student events, we have introduced a room reservation system at the School of Graduate Studies. Three meeting rooms are now available for booking, all of which are ideal for dissertation writing groups and other groups requiring a quiet setting for concentrated work:

Room 109, 63 St. George     Room 111, 63 St. George

Room 201, 65 St. George

Reservations can be made up to four weeks in advance via our new Room Booking web page. Rooms are available Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm, unless required for a Final Oral Examination. Members of the graduate community looking for space to hold graduate student-focused events are also welcome to make a reservation.

Additional meeting space at the School of Graduate Studies and affiliated locations will be made available for booking within the year. Updates will be posted on the School of Graduate Studies website.
